We are today pleased to announce dates and registration details for The World Schools Football Cup 2026!
WSG Football will be returning to the idyllic Mediterranean Sports Hub in Barcelona, Spain for its seventh edition between 9-11th October 2026.
Widely regarded as the best combination of sports facilities and athletes’ accommodation in the world, the sprawling Hub is home to 12 FIFA-endorsed football pitches as well as a 1000-seater mini stadium at their Futbol Salou venue.
Our athletes will once again stay onsite at the incredible Cambrils Park Resort, with the four-star accommodation base just a 10-minute walk from the pitches and the heart of the action.
New for 2026, we will be expanding to add an extra full day of action! Our iconic WSG Football Schools Parade and grand Opening Ceremony will take place on the Thursday, before our athletes take to the field for matches on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Schools will battle it out across U11 (Boys), U13 (Boys & Girls), U15 (Boys & Girls), U17 (Boys) age categories as they aim to get their hands on some silverware and be crowned World Champions of School Football.
After the most international edition ever in October 2025, with 20 different countries represented, we cannot wait to welcome even more schools from right across the globe for what promises to be the biggest and best WSG Football yet!
